Warren General Hospital
When Warren General Hospital (WGH) entered a strategic partnership with AHN and LECOM, their signage needed to be updated to reflect the new branding. WGH initially approached Wayfinding Associates to explore how best to implement this change on exterior signage. Once we reviewed WGH’s existing aging signage, we recommended doing an overhaul of the exterior signage on campus and WGH stakeholders agreed. In addition to designing a fresh new family of signs with new branding, we also introduced color-coded numbers as a wayfinding motif to identify each public entry. After we planned and managed the implementation of the exterior sign package, WGH also had us develop a wayfinding brochure and a parking map they use in print and electronic formats.
